Returns policy for B2B (business customers)
This regulation only applies to goods purchased directly from VivaQuity Ltd by business customers (B2B)! Goods purchased from wholesalers must be returned to them! The only exceptions are QUALITY COMPLAINTS (see 4. below). These are always to be returned to VivaQuity Ltd!
1. Return from stock no later than 6 months prior to its expiry:
100% of the pharmacy purchase price in the form of a credit note

2. Return from stock less than 6 months prior to expiry or at the latest during the month of expiry:
60% of the pharmacy purchase price in the form of a credit note
Please return to VivaQuity Ltd
3. Return from stock after expiry date:
Proper disposal is guaranteed, a declaration of destruction is issued

4. Quality complaint:
Defective goods replaced by goods free from defects
Please return to VivaQuity Ltd
Please always return goods to VivaQuity Ltd. In case of non-remuneration, you will be notified in writing. Return shipments must always be paid, otherwise the costs for unpaid shipments will be deducted from the credit note.
