diglycerides of fatty acids; bilberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10), stabilizer: yellow beeswax; L-arginine hydrochloride, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), zinc gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc oxide blend (colouring agent: calcium carbonate; zinc oxide, starch, maltodextrin, carrier: gum arabic), vitamin B12 blend (maltodextrin, cyanocobalamin), copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), nicotinamide, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), colouring agents: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), colouring agents: carmine; vitamin A blend (retinyl palmitate, sunflower oil, DL-alpha tocopherol), folic acid, sodium selenite.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 to 4 capsules daily,, swallowed whole with some liquid, preferably with a meal.
